Hi, I’m lily.

female therapist standing in office space

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected, hopeless, lost, unsure, and disengaged. And while I don’t have a magic cure for the human condition, I know quite a bit about how to help you get back in touch with yourself, your partner, and your life. Life is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I am a Master’s level therapist, licensed in the state of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor, and I’ve been working with individuals and couples professionally since 2018. Clinically, I believe in radical authenticity, compassion, and acceptance. My approach is grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy, person-centered humanism, somatic and mind-body connection theories, and a bit of existentialism. I show up in sessions as an empathetic, compassionate coach and guide. I tend to ask big questions, help you get back into your body, and offer alternative solutions to try on in your relationship with your self and others. My ultimate goal is to make sure our work can integrate into your real life, relationships, and your full self.

Beyond my clinical self, I have a hard-won healthy marriage and a dog. I love to travel and drink wine, and I constantly have indie-folk sad songs playing in my home (but am also a total swiftie and love a good pop punk show). I’m a bit of an artist, I love the Pacific Ocean, and I keep a disco ball in my office. I’m a serial hobbyist and a sucker for impulsive trips and tattoos. I’m pretty real, kind of fun, and I’m learning to surf and snowboard lately. I’m nonreligious and nonjudgmental, and my personal and professional worlds are spaces that value humanity, kindness, self expression, and acceptance above all else.

If you want to know more about me (mostly professionally), let’s schedule a consult call to see if this is a good fit.
